The rules for using these tools: what you may do, what we promise, and what we do not.

Using the tools
The tools are free to use, for personal and commercial work alike, with no account required. You keep every right in the documents you process; we acquire none, because we never receive them.
Your responsibilities
- Only process documents you own or are allowed to modify.
- Do not use the site to remove protection from material you have no right to.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or overload it with automated traffic.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are. We aim for correct output and test each tool, but we cannot guarantee that every document will convert perfectly — PDFs vary enormously, and some are malformed to begin with. Always keep the original file until you have checked the result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit or consequential damage arising from use of the site. Since processing happens on your own device, you retain control of, and responsibility for, your files throughout.
Availability
We may change, suspend or retire any tool. Pages may be unavailable during maintenance.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising. We do not control the content of individual ads; report a problematic ad through the contact page and we will pass it on.
Governing law
