Reporting a bug
The most useful report says which tool you used, what you expected, what happened instead, and what kind of document it was — scanned or digital, roughly how many pages, roughly how large. You do not need to send the file; in most cases the description is enough to reproduce it.
Requesting a tool
Tell us what you are trying to get done rather than which feature you want. Requests that describe a real recurring task get built first.
Privacy and advertising
For data questions see the privacy policy first; if it does not answer your question, write to the same address. To report an inappropriate advertisement, include the page it appeared on and a screenshot if you have one.
